Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days prior will incur a 50% charge.
- Full charges apply for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
- Peak season (July, August, and October–April): Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival; full charges apply thereafter.
- Off-peak season (May, June, and September): Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; full charges apply thereafter.
- Cancellations with valid reasons may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, even if outside the above time limits.
CHILD POLICY:
- Children aged 0–5 years stay free when sharing the parents’ room.
- Children aged 5–12 years are charged a child supplement at 50% of the adult rate.
- The child supplement includes one extra bed per room (USD 25).
